Коя

Koya (Japanese : コウヤ Kōya) is a character in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure. Koya isn't very friendly, especially to people like Jun. He told him to quit being a Trainer as Jun lost to him. Koya is a member of the International Police, working with Looker on the trail of Kaisē (Wiki).
